Why We choose Eco-Friendly and Green Beauty
At Sarah Kahn Hair, we are a sustainable salon and green beauty apothecary in Seattle, that is very passionate about being at the forefront of the conscious beauty community. We like to educate people that it's possible to be environmentally conscious while still looking good! This article will tell you why we chose to go down the green beauty path.
Natural Ingredients
It's no surprise that green beauty products are formulated with natural and organic ingredients without added chemicals that are harsh on the skin. A lot of what we put on our skin and hair is absorbed into the body, so we believe that it is important to only use products with ingredients that will make you look great inside and out! All of the skincare and beauty brands that we retail here in the salon are ethically sourced and good for the body. These companies include Davines, the hair company taking the world by storm and beauty brands like RMS Beauty and Kjaer Weis that are breaking barriers at the forefront of the green beauty revolution!
Environmentally Conscious
In addition to natural products that do no harm to the body, natural products also won't do harm to the environment. With added chemicals, beauty product waste can contaminate water and the surrounding environments and become toxic. In the long run, our carbon footprint becomes smaller and our decision to use green beauty helps to change the world.
