NEKO is a cozy cat cafe and is one of our favorites in Seattle because their cats are so incredibly cuddly and also adoptable. NEKO also makes the cutest cat cake donuts and assorted cat cookies. You can visit this café and bar while exploring the vibrant neighborhood of Capitol Hill.
